American Tropical Signs & Service was contracted by the Owner's of Vic & Angelo's, in Miami Beach, to design their building Identity sign. We did the job all the way from basic conceptual sketches to complete construction documents. We also acquired the required permits from the City of Miami Beach.

American Tropical Signs & Services was contracted to install the complete sign package for the Maroone Toyota Dealership in Weston, Florida. The sign package was extensive and included building signs and freestanding signs throughout the property. All building and freestanding signs had to meet the South Florida High Velocity Hurricane Zone wind load requirements. American Tropical Signs had the knowledgeable permitting staff to secure the mandatory sign permits.

American Tropical Signs has installed and serviced many of the Publix Super Market stores in the Dade, Broward and the Palm Beach area. This particular site because of the demographic location and limited amount of land mass, to facilitate parking garage space, a vertical projecting sign was approved by means of a Variance. We had to obtain special DOT permits to block the busy intersection and contract special traffic directing equipment and devices to complete the installation of the sign.
